1. No Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for artwork purchased from our online store. Please ensure that you review the product details and images carefully before making your purchase.

2. Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, we are committed to resolving the issue. To request a refund or replacement for damaged artwork, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at meanderingartisan@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged artwork and packaging.
  2. Review and Resolution: We will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution. This may include issuing a refund or sending a replacement piece at no additional cost to you.
  3. Return of Damaged Artwork: We may ask you to return the damaged artwork. If so, we will provide you with instructions and cover the return shipping costs.

3. Refund Process for Damaged Artwork

Once we receive the damaged artwork and confirm the issue, we will process your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns of damaged items will be covered by us. Shipping costs for all other cases are non-refundable.
