2. Purchase and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in US currency and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure that all prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
  • Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept  credit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely, and your payment information is not stored on our servers.

3. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the availability of the artwork and order volume.
  • Shipping: We ship worldwide, with shipping costs calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • All Sales Final: Due to the unique nature of artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
  • Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All artwork sold on this site remains the intellectual property of the artist. You are purchasing a physical copy of the artwork, and no rights to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the artwork are transferred to you upon purchase.
  • Use of Artwork: You may not use, reproduce, or distribute the artwork without the express written consent of the artist. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.
