Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the artwork.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and size/weight of the artwork. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Packaging

Artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Depending on the nature of the artwork, it may be shipped flat, in a tube, or in a protective box.
We use high-quality materials, such as protective sleeves, rigid mailers, and cushioning, to prevent any damage during transit.

Tracking & Insurance

All shipments include tracking information, which will be provided to you once your order has shipped.
We offer shipping insurance on all orders. In the unlikely event that your artwork is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately to initiate a claim.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Typical delivery times within the U.S. are 3-7 business days.
For international orders, delivery can take 2-4 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Meandering Artisan LLC is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on artwork unless the item arrives damaged. If your artwork is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Local Pickup

If you are located near Albuquerque, NM you may opt for local pickup. Please select this option at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a pickup time.
